Manufacturing Team Lead

We are seeking candidates for Manufacturing Team Lead positions on 1st and 2nd shifts. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities is $18.25-$21.25 per hour, depending on shift. Interested? This company is a leading provider of premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts to the foodservice and in-store retail industries. Their product line includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies and tarts, brownies/bars and individual minis and specialty desserts. What a Manufacturing Team Lead will do:
Complete loading and unloading of the rack Place desserts on or off the rack as needed Place cardboard collar around cakes in the process Spread icing on cake layers, stack cake layers, place garnish on the finished product, and decorate the cake with the required design Spray glaze on specific desserts Clean up nuts and debris off the floor and in the surrounding area immediately Communicate with the lead or supervisor to finish according to production demands Monitor and maintain specifications/optimization for the lines Ensure all training is being conducted for all new Icing employees within the department What you need to be a Manufacturing Team Lead:
Ability to accept responsibility and account for your actions Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals Ability to be held accountable or answerable for one's conduct Possess normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills Possess good eye-hand coordination Ability to become familiar with company methods and standards and apply that knowledge to daily duties Familiarity with factory policies regarding safety, quality, and GMPs Ability to lift or carry up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations What are you waiting for?
