Accounts Payable Specialist/Customer Service

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a strong understanding of both office administration and accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Verify that bills have the proper signatures.
Verify that purchase orders have the proper signatures.
Check for fraud in invoicing and general ledger postings.
Review schedule of payments for accuracy.
Check for duplicate payments throughout payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable systems.
Ensures timely and accurate processing of accounts payable invoices, expense reports, check requests, and vendor inquires.
Reconciles bills, follows up on discrepancies, and maintains vendor files.
Examines, verifies, and reconciles a variety of transactions including difficult invoices or vendors.
Strong written and verbal skills Answer phones to assist customers with orders, concerns and/or complaints.
Data entry for work orders and invoices Ability to work in both independent and team settings.
Perform daily tasks that involve strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Filing Strong planning and organization skills, Follow all GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and Food Safety and Quality Policies Job Type:
